Cassandra maps workflow evidence around public trusted-list artifacts. It does not issue status judgments about authorities, providers, services, or certificates.
Cannot do
Validate source signatures for relying parties, determine legal effect, certify compliance, supervise trusted lists, or issue public alerts.
Evidence inputs
Public LOTL-derived source bytes, manifests, normalized XML summaries, diff files, aggregate tables, figures, and receipt metadata.
Human review
Legal interpretation, provider-specific prose, public warning language, and ambiguous source behavior remain manual review work.
